McCoin Leaves MHS As All Time Leader

The Mississinewa Indian Football team is losing a key element to their team. Senior Cade McCoin leaves Mississinewa as the all time leader, passing the ball for 5,109 yards in his four years at the QB Position. McCoin also threw for 56 TD’s while at the school. In addition, he holds the single season record with 2,154 yards passing and 26 TD’s in 2017. Cade McCoin was also voted by his coach to earn the Warrior of the Year in 2016 and 2017. McCoin was voted 1st Team All-CIC in 2016 and 2017. With that being said, the next QB at MHS has big shoes to fill.

Andrew Evertts and the Mississinewa Indian Boys Basketball team get the first look at their team tonight as they travel to Southern Wells for a preseason scrimmage against the Raiders. After a successful 2016/2017 season the coaching staff is looking for big things out of this seasons team after only losing 5 Seniors from last years team.
