Championship time!

The Mississinewa Indian Football team has been hard at work all week long to prepare for the Western Panthers. Western defeated Pendleton Heights one week ago by final of 35-7. Meanwhile, The Indians made history defeating the Marion Giants for the first time in school history by a final of 21-14. Tonight the Indians have an opportunity to do something that hasn’t happened in 29 years(1988) and that is to win a Sectional Championship. Talking with a few of the players and coaches they seem very humble and hope that they can pull it out.

Comments From Coach Funk

Coach what do you think about the game on Friday? “We are gonna have to play our best game of the year,” Western is a very good football with a very good coaching staff.”
